Brown Bag Lunches

Brown Bag Basic Lunches are served individually in brown paper bags. Choose from our Basic Sandwiches or Gourmet Sandwiches for the BBB Lunches. The Full Executive Bagged Lunches are served in a decorator bag (see below for details). All items are produced using local Northumberland County produce and products as much as possible.

Each bag will be customized and labeled for each individual.

We require a minimum of 2 orders per sandwich and/or salad. Desserts are the cookie or square of the day.

A minimum of 12 hours is required to prepare Executive Bagged Lunches.

Prices do not include GST/PST or delivery.

Basic Brown Bag Sandwiches

Gourmet Brown Bag Sandwiches ... $5.25

  • THREE CHEESE & LETTUCE – Cheddar, ‘Jack’ and Flavoured Cream Cheese with sprouts & lettuce on brown, white or rye bread
  • CHEESY SANDWICH with brie & cream cheese, asparagus & sprouts, with sweet potato spread
  • ROASTED VEGGIES – sweet peppers, eggplant, zucchini, and cheese on flavoured tortilla wrap or croissant
  • EGG & BACON SALAD – traditional chopped egg salad with bacon bits and lettuce on white, brown or rye bread
  • HAM & CHEESE – made the old fashioned way with lots of ham, cheddar, lettuce, mustard and mayo on brown, white or rye bread with side of tomato.
  • ROAST BEEF & ONION – Rare roast beef with Spanish onion and lettuce on baguette
  • SMOKED SALMON & SPINACH – Fresh spinach, cucumber slices and smoked salmon on dark rye with herbed yogurt spread
  • CHICKEN BREAST & RED PEPPER – Slices of freshly grilled chicken breast, red pepper slices and lettuce tucked between thick slices of whole wheat bread
  • BEEF TENDERLOIN - slices of freshly grilled beef tenderloin with carmelized onion and horseradish aioli served on a Kaiser or thick slices of sourdough bread
